Cancellation Policy for Treatment and Boutique Services
Life is full of unexpected events, and at Andrea Glows, we understand that. However, as a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations in the short and long term. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations and No-Shows:
– Cancellations submitted 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled treatment or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the booked treatment, plus applicable taxes. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
– Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours prior to the treatment will not incur a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Process:
– All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@andreaglows.com
– Andrea Glows reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment. In such cases, we will notify the affected client(s) promptly by phone or text message.
3. Fairness and Transparency:
– Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure the continuity of our business and provide fair treatment to both our employees and customers.
– We acknowledge that there are various reasons why a treatment may need to be canceled within 24 hours. At the same time, we are committed to providing a supportive working environment for our employees who rely on commission and tips.
– By adopting this cancellation policy, we aim to strike a fair balance and maintain a sustainable business model.
4. Booking and Credit Card Information:
– When booking an appointment through the Booker platform, whether online or in-store, customers are required to provide a credit card number.
– The information collected is encrypted in the Booker platform, and only the last four digits of the credit card numbers are visible to Andrea Glows and its employees.
